Northern Investigative Associates is committed to the environment and conservation. In an effort to do our part, we are in the process of developing a "paperless" case tracking system that will contribute to the world-wide effort of a “greener” place to live.
In the following months, we will have an internal database in place that will allow our clients to track their assignments, retrieve reports and invoices, and view video obtained during surveillance. The client will be provided a user name and password on each assignment NIA receives, and will have the ability to control who has access to the case. Should an attorney or nurse case manager need information, the client can provide the access information, rather that faxing additional paper or sending files by courier or mail.
This is one aspect of changes NIA is undergoing to help continue the effort of keeping the earth a beautiful place to live for generations to come.
